This is just a little venue for me to chat about (mainly) cuisine journeys I've discovered over the years. For myself, the idea is simple:

It doesn't matter if the restaurant is "Michelin 3 Star" or "Ghetto": Good Food is Good Food. (^_^)

I appreciate the amazing Kaiseki meals of Kyoto and great Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, just as much as the mouth-watering Al Pastor Tacos from a taco truck in East L.A. :)

I hope we can have fun discovering new places together and look forward to hearing about any recommendations you may have as well!
